What douse it mean to be in ash, be an admin, be a leader?

If this is your first time being an admin, its kinda a learning thing. It's very honorable to be an admin/leader, in this case an admin. Its about trying to clean the servers clean and having fun at the same time. 

Most importantly, for me, it's about connecting with the players in the server. I like it when players are truthful and actually have xfires and contact me when they wanna play a bit in bridge fears and the sniper server. Cuz it's not a member from ASH asking me, but rather a regular player that kinda is all cool. At the same time that player might contact you for help in the server. 

So at the same time being an admin could mean reaching out to other players.
