Which Star Wars book?

So for my birthday I am asking my momma to get me either SW: Dawn of the Jedi, or SW: Lost Tribe of the Sith. Has anyone red either of those two? Which one is better, in your opinion?

Depends. I read some of the Dawn of the Jedi and it connects so well with the timelines and events that are too happen. It's really good comics. Not sure if the issues finished yet. I'm not sure about the Sith book you speak of. I'd say it depends if you'd like to learn more about the Jedi or the Sith. Greatest thing to remember is that in my Star Wars reading opinion, there are two types of readers, those that like Old Republic stuff (25,000 BBY to 19 BBY stuff) or the New Republic after Episode 6 ( 4 ABY to 137 ABY). Old Republic for the win!

There is a whole lot of star wars books out there and there is no beginning nor end. Everything (usually) connects. Now the films coming up on the other hand will not be connecting with books written after Episode 6. I would not read any New Republic books if you want to he confused between the books and the upcoming movies. What my guts tell me is that books have a way better story line. Screw Abrams. Period >.>
